Job Description

You will be making outbound calls—as a representative of CareCheckers and/or one of our partner brands—to clients who have signed up for our service.

During each call, you will be providing any or all of the following services: medication reminders, activity reminders, a basic well-being check, and friendly conversation. The duration of each call will typically be between 1 to 5 minutes in length.

There may be calls when you are required to stay on the phone while a client takes their medication, or guide them through a step-by-step process. You may also be required to provide daily email or text updates to family members of some of our clients.

This is a part-time work-from-home position. To start, we are looking for someone to fill in the gaps during our busiest time-slots, which are:

9:00 AM to 10:00 AM ET (Mon-Sun)
11:30 AM to 12:00 PM ET (Mon-Sun)
7:30 PM to 8:00 PM ET (Mon-Sun)

You will be making approximately 150 calls per week. And there will be opportunities to take on more calls and more hours down the road, if you desire.

You will be hired as an independent contractor with a starting pay of $10 per hour. Payments are made via direct deposit on the 15th of each month.
